







There are several reasons why, after purchasing course, the course page still says ‘purchase this course’. Here are the most common:
- Your payment did not complete – please check your order status here:

UK STORE: https://uk.spiritlifestyle.com/my-account/orders/ (opens in new tab) - You are in the wrong store. There are two stores – a USA one ($) and a UK one (£). You can check which store you are in by looking at the bar at the top of the store page: It will either say ‘You’re in the UK Store’ or ‘You’re in the USA Store’ – there is also a link to switch stores if you need to.
- There may be a technical issue… sometimes things go wrong… 😣

You may want to change your subscription payment method because, for example, your card is about to expire.
You can change your subscription payment method any time by doing the following:
Go to your Subscriptions List and click ‘VIEW‘ by the subscription you need to update (link below),
once on the Subscription Page click on Actions ‘CHANGE’ – to update your payment method:

When you purchase any product from our Spirit Lifestyle shop you will be sent a CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE email with your purchase details and any links to downloads or online video content.
If you did not receive an email here’s a couple of things to check:
- The first thing to do is check your SPAM directory.
If you find the notification in your SPAM folder please add the
Spirit Lifestyle email to your WHITE LIST (list of legitimate senders).
Your email provider will have information on how to do this.
Then emails from us will always appear in your inbox.
- Another reason why emails may not have arrived is that you entered your email incorrectly at purchase (please log in and check this in your DASHBOARD – Account Details. If you can’t log in we can change it for you – send us an email.
If the CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE is not in your inbox or spam folder please get in touch and we will try and resolve the issue.

You can cancel your subscription any time by doing the following:
Go to your Subscriptions List and click ‘VIEW‘ by the subscription you need to cancel (link below),
once on the Subscription Page click on Actions ‘CANCEL’ – this will stop the next payment going out, your subscription remains live until that date:

In order to play our videos on Ubuntu (and some other Linux operating systems), you will need the following packages:
Chromium:
chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra
Firefox:
gstreamer0.10-plugins-good
streamer0.10-ffmpeg
If you’re using a Linux OS other than Ubuntu and this doesn’t do the trick, we recommend reaching out to the OS community for assistance.
If you’re experiencing excessive buffering during playback, it’s probably because your Internet connection cannot support continuous playback of the selected video quality. Switch to “Auto” in the quality menu (the icon at the bottom of the video). This will allow the player to select the best quality video file to stream. If “Auto” is not available, switch to one of the lower quality options.
You may also want to try one of the following:
- Close extra browser tabs or other applications that may be using up your bandwidth.
- Make sure you’re using the latest version of your browser.
What does “Auto” mean in the quality menu?
The two main reasons a course will not allow you to move onto the next video are:
- If you have purchased a course with lessons and quiz questions you have to complete the questions before you can watch the following lesson (see instructions below).
- If you have purchased a course that has a schedule you have to wait until the release date of the next video before you can watch it. This is to give you time to practice what you have learned. The date of the release is displayed if it is not yet available.
How to work through the Lesson Quiz:
If you are viewing an online course and find that after viewing the first lesson that the videos for subsequent lessons are not displaying you will see this instruction:
You must first complete NAME OF PREVIOUS LESSON before viewing this lesson
This means that you havn’t completed the QUIZ associated with the previous lesson yet. Return to the previous lesson and click the VIEW THE LESSON QUIZ (blue button)
After answering the question click on the green COMPLETE QUIZ button.
If you have answered any questions wrong press RESET QUIZ (red button) and try again.
When you achieve 100% you will UNLOCK the next lesson.
To watch any online video lessons you have to be LOGGED IN to your SpiritLifestyle.com account
(You will have created an account with a USERNAME/EMAIL and PASSWORD when you first purchased the lesson in the shop)
You can check to see if you are logged in here – If you are logged in you will see your DASHBOARD – if not you will see a LOG IN screen inviting you to enter your details
When you are logged in you can make use of the eLEARNING menu which has a drop-down menu with links to MY COURSES and MY MESSAGES
