DELIVERANCE SURVEY

Hi

I’m doing some research for a new resource about STAYING FREE AFTER DELIVERANCE and you may be able to help me by sharing your own experiences (anonymously if you wish)… There is no obligation – but if you’ve received deliverance I think it may help others who are going through similar challenges… So, I’m sincerely grateful for any of your ‘after deliverance experiences’ you can share with me here.   Rob C

SURVEY INFORMATION

If you’ve ever received deliverance (either through self activated steps or through the ministry of others) then this survey is for you.

For the purposes of this survey I’m defining deliverance as: any physical, emotional healing or behavioural freedom (e.g. From addiction) that was experienced as a result of a process of deliverance (identifying and expelling demons and demonic influence in the name of Jesus).

I’m specifically interested in hearing about your experiences AFTER you received deliverance.

The survey can be completely anonymous (details below) if that is preferred.

FILLING IN THE FORM

There are only 7 questions so the form shouldn’t take more than 8-12 minutes to complete. If you need more time to think about your answers you can always write them in your own time and then copy them into the form fields afterwards.

DATA PROTECTION OPTIONS:

To make the form COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS : DO NOT include your name or email and make sure you are LOGGED OUT (check the bar at the top of this page – if it says ‘Welcome Guest’ then you are logged out! – If it says your name then you are logged in!)

NB: Even if you choose to submit your name and contact details I will change your name if I use your feedback in a book or video.
