50th Birthday Blog by Aliss Cresswell

This month it’s my 50th birthday. Earlier in the year, Rob asked what I would like for my birthday, maybe some jewellery or to go somewhere special? I couldn’t think of anything in particular that I needed, so I asked the Holy Spirit what I should ask for. I sensed Him say, “How about helping birth a worldwide move of God?” Of course, that’s what I really want with all my heart, so I readily agreed.

Soon afterwards, on Easter Monday I was chatting to the Lord and I asked, “What am I doing that will get in the way of me helping birth this move of God?” Straight away the Lord spoke to my spirit and replied, “Little Mollington Hall.” That made me cry! Little Mollington Hall is our base in Chester and is a beautiful 16th century house that we’ve been running as a boutique B&B and training centre for the past 4 years. We love being there, and I was very sad to think we’d have to leave, but I knew that we had to lay it down. But God is so good. I find that when you do as He asks, no matter how hard it seems, His plan is always best.

Here we are just a few months later, after some heartache and tears and hard work of our team, following the Holy Spirit, it’s worked out better than I could have imagined! Our friends John & Sarah have taken over the running of Little Mollington Hall since 1 September. It’s now even better than before; our base is still Little Mollington Hall but John & Sarah are able to commit so much more time to running the place and they’ve re-opened the ‘Miracle Café’! And I have been freed up to really focus on what God has planned for us to do in this new season; equipping and releasing messengers of God’s love and power.

Exciting Times

So many encouraging messages are coming in from people from many nations who are watching our videos, reading our books and signing up as Spirit Lifestyle Coaches. We love hearing reports of the tremendous miracles and lives transformed by Jesus; this move of God is really moving!

Spirit Lifestyle USA View from office balcony

I love celebrating birthdays. Last week saw the start of my ‘birthday month’ and we are in the USA, taking time out to write more books, seek the Lord and set up an office base here. It’s time to restructure for growth. We have just got the keys to our little office at Heritage, Fort Mill. The photo above is taken from our office balcony onto ‘Main Street’ in the huge facility here. We’re interviewing this week for office staff and we’re excited about all that God is birthing around the world.

50 is the number of Pentecost

50 is the number of Pentecost, and we’re seeing God pour out His Spirit on all kinds of people through His people – it’s wonderful to see and hear all that He is doing in these days and to get to be a part of it.

This year, 2017 marks 50 years since the six day war where Israel won back the city of Jerusalem. It’s also 50 years since the ‘summer of love’ but also when the Jesus movement began. And this autumn marks the 500th anniversary of the Reformation. I’m excited!

Just like I did, why not ask the Lord, “What am I doing that is getting in the way of your purpose being fulfilled in my life?” But get ready for some tough decisions to follow. Obey what He tells you to do and watch with awe as your life grows into all that He has planted in your heart. Chase Him and you’ll find you’ll be chasing your dreams too.

The Lord Jesus bless you both more and more as you serve Him daily. Your ministry to ‘us all’ cannot be measured. The Lords’ presence Himself is your great reward. I pray He will pour material blessing on you as well. I have started to pray for people again………hallelujah! This also results in my talking about Jesus! Hallelujah! I’m activated again! With love and thanks in Jesus, Shirley Sturt,

    Happy 50th birthday Aliss!
“May the Lord bless you and keep you. The Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious unto you. The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace.”
You don’t know me, my name is Marie. My husband and I watched you on Sid Roth’s program, It’s Supernatural, and really like it. I’ve bought your “A diary of Miracles” books in E-book form and enjoyed them. Awesome stories and miracles!
I turned 50 as well this year, April 2017. Yes 50 is the number of pentecoste/Jubilee. At the beginning of this year the Lord has directed our family to a new place and we called our new home “Bethel”. We want to be a light in our community to bless them and bring people back to the Lord. I am thinking about getting your Spirit Lifestyle training.

I met two lovely ladies ( who firstly did not look 50!!!!) in mad hatters in Chester. They both started chatting to me & my mum. These lovely ladies, prayed for me and my mum and my mums arthritic pain .. the next day my mum said she felt different! Better different! Been going through a tough time with a mixture of things in my life .. and the ladies seem to know this! I felt a lift and so did my lovely mum after taking to you and meeting you. We just wanted to say a big thank you & hope you had a great birthday. Lots of love Grace x x

Hi Aliss, I have just read part one of your book A Diary of Miracles. What a revelation! I could not put it down, and am just about to start reading part two.
What I would love to know is, do you still have the miracle cafe running in Chester? I rang a number at the back of your books but it didn’t register. I then rang the Mollington Hall number and left a message.
In the comments above, it seems there are other people running the miracle cafe, but your website doesn’t mention this. Can you perhaps mention it, along with a photo of the premises? In your first Diary of Miracles book you said you were praying about buying a shop to sell books, gifts, etc. Perhaps the second book will tell me what happened there!
I’m asking about the Cafe Life (miracle cafe) because I have a Facebook friend (who is a non-practising Jew) living in Spain part of the time, but she often visits Liverpool, which I imagine is not far from Chester. I would love to be able to tell her to visit the miracle cafe! This lady has some disease which she hasn’t elaborated on, but she has asked me to pray, as she knows I am a Christian. The trouble is, I have never had any results from distance praying, but all the same, I am believing that something will happen in her life. It would be wonderful if she had somewhere she could go to hear the Gospel and be prayed for. By the way, I first heard about you from seeing you on the Sid Roth show, and I am telling all my friends about you.

Hi Rosemary, lots has happened since Diary of Miracles Part One – you’ll enjoy reading about it all in the second book. Sarah, who is featured in the first book and her new husband John, now run Little Mollington Hall B&B, cafe, venue and pray for people. Also our assistant Kunle now has his own miracle cafe in Chester called ‘Oasis of Miracles’. We now train and raise up people all over the world to demonstrate God’s power and we are doing workshops, online training, home parties and this year roadshows too, where people can come and be prayed for. Hope this helps!
