PALPAL: You can order on line and pay via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account in order to do this, you can use your credit card as a PayPal ‘guest’).
STRIPE: Or you can pay through our STRIPE payment gateway using your debit/credit card.
Both of these payment solutions are fully encrypted and secure – Spirit Lifestyle LLC does not store your card details.
Receipt of Order Confirmation
You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Prices exclude delivery charges (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
We do our very best to ensure that all items you see are as close as possible to the photographs shown, but slight variations may occur from time to time.
We hope you will love your purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, please notify us within 7 days by email to email@example.com of your intention to return the product(s). We ask that you return products to us unused and in their original packaging. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if returned products reach us within 14 days of you receiving the order. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.
Heavy goods items can be taken away at the point of delivery free of charge, but if you subsequently decide to return the products, you will need to pay for and arrange your own courier, or we can help you to arrange this if necessary. Products can also be returned to our shop in Chester.
Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received by us.
SpiritLifestyle.org does not give refunds on the following:
- Items returned after 14 days.
- Damaged items not notified by email to us within 3 days.
- Gift Vouchers or earrings. (This does not affect your statutory rights)
If you wish to cancel an order once you have paid for your goods and before they have been dispatched, you will be entitled to vouchers to the same value. A cash/credit refund will not be given.
Spirit Lifestyle Ltd cannot accept any liability for failure to comply with instructions stated on the website. Spirit Lifestyle Ltd endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, we do not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.
